Our assessment process by itself can often provide value to businesses. Because The I.T. Management Group’s business model demands that we quickly assess an organization’s Information Technology staffing, infrastructure, goals, and risks, we’ve developed a reliable and useful process for this. If we get this assessment wrong as we propose to manage a company’s I.T., we’ll experience real pain and financial loss.

For organizations that would like to lower their I.T. costs, but do not want to outsource their I.T., we offer our assessments for a flat fee. If you engage us to do an assessment, you’ll receive:

•  Actions you can take to reduce your overall I.T. costs.
  
•  Risks you should be aware of, how to mitigate those risks, and a cost-benefit analysis of  doing so.
  
•  An evaluation of your current strategic I.T. plan, and a new plan if appropriate.
  
•  Assessment of your current I.T. staffing.
