If we get this assessment wrong as we propose to manage a company’s I.T., we’ll experience real pain and financial loss.

For organizations that would like to lower their I.T. costs, but do not want to outsource their I.T., we offer our assessments for a flat fee. If you engage us to do an assessment, you’ll receive:

  •  Actions you can take to reduce your overall I.T. costs.
  •  Risks you should be aware of, how to mitigate those risks, and a cost-benefit analysis of  doing so.
  •  An evaluation of your current strategic I.T. plan, and a new plan if appropriate.
  •  Assessment of your current I.T. staffing.
